REDONDO BEACH, Calif. (October 26, 2020) – Residents and employees of Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach have access to free assistance with Covered California enrollment – the state’s implementation of the Affordable Care Act – through Beach Cities Health District (BCHD). Open enrollment, a time when individuals and families can explore and purchase health insurance policies for 2021, is open November 1, 2020-January 31, 2021.
