- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 orange or tangerine, juiced
- ¼ cup pecans (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Rinse and dry spinach and strawberries.
- Roughly chop or tear spinach into small pieces.
- Cut strawberries into slices.
- Cut orange or tangerine in half and squeeze juice over salad.
- Season with salt and pepper and top with pecans if desired.
