Social Hour

Did you know that even the world’s longest-living people experience stress? What the world’s longest-lived people have that we don’t are routines to shed that stress. Okinawans take a few moments each day to remember their ancestors, Adventists pray and Ikarians take a nap. 

Blue Zones Project celebrates the Power 9 Principles of Down Shift and Right Tribe with a monthly Social Hour at a Blue Zones Restaurant. 

Monthly Social Hour events are the second Tuesday of the month from 5-6 p.m.
