BCHD Seeks Applicants for Appointment to Advisory Committees
The board or directors of Beach Cities Health District is seeking qualified residents to serve on some of its advisory committees. The deadline for submitting the applications is Monday, June 2, 2008.

Free Senior Fitness Day - Wed., May 28 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Join us for a fun day of free activities to enhance your healthy lifestyle. Classes will include yoga, Pilates, fitness assessments, Tai Chi and much more! Also, be sure to bring a friend! Any senior who participates in Senior Fitness Day earns free enrollment at the Center for Health & Fitness (a $99 savings) when they join.
