ANGER - POSITIVE OUTCOMES FROM A STRONG EMOTION
Learn how to identify problems, acknowledge and understand feelings, and use the energy of anger in a way that can produce constructive rather than destructive outcomes. Facilitated by Jackie LaBouff, certified anger management counselor. Six weeks.

CPR & AED
American Heart Association approved course that teaches resuscitation techniques applicable to infants, children and adults. Participants will receive a course certification card 3 weeks following the completion of class valid for two years.

Cost: $55 resident, $65 nonresident
CPR, AED & First Aid
Learn resuscitation techniques, response to cardiac arrest and how to assist nonbreathing individuals in this course approved by the American Heart Association and State of California Emergency Medical Services Authority. Participants will receive a course certification card 3 weeks following the completion of class valid for two years.
