Center for Health Connection Services for Children

No child should have to go without adequate medical, dental and counseling services. To prevent this, the Center for Health Connection connects uninsured or underinsured families with free or low-cost services. The center pre-screens individuals and connects those who qualify with fee-based and need-based health services.

Center for Health Connection Services for Children:

  • Pediatric medical and dental – doctor and dentist visits for children (through 18 years old) including check-ups, immunizations, sick visits and prescriptions
  • Counseling services – child and family counseling including referrals for parent education and support groups
  • Resource and referral – information about health-related resources available in the community including low-cost health insurance plans for eligible children
