Center for Health Connection
This BCHD program provides health information and referral access to adults, families and children having difficulty receiving or paying for health services. It offers a network of professional medical, dental and counseling services for a minimal charge to residents of Redondo, Hermosa or Manhattan Beach and children attending school in those areas.
Center for Health Connection Services Include:
- Pediatric Medical and Dental: Doctor and dentist visits for children (through 18 years) including check-ups, immunizations, sick visits and prescriptions
- Adult Medical: Urgent care doctor’s visits, including perscriptons. Guidence on prenatal care services.
- Counseling Services: Child and family counseling. Referrals for parent education and support groups.
- Resources and Referral: Information about health-related resources available in the community, including low-cost health insurance pans for eligible children
