Center for Health Connection
The Center for Health connection provides medical, dental and counseling services for qualified adults in the South Bay who are uninsured or underinsured.
The center pre-screens individuals and connects those who qualify with fee-based and need-based health services.
Center for Health Connection Services for Adults:
- Adult medical – urgent care doctor visits including prescriptions and guidance on obtaining prenatal care
- Counseling services – family counseling including referrals for parent education and support groups
- Resource and referral – information about health-related resources available in the community including low-cost health insurance plans for eligible children

Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
