Center for Health Connection

The Center for Health Connection provides medical, dental and counseling services for qualified children and adults in the South Bay who are uninsured or underinsured. The center pre-screens individuals and connects those who qualify with fee-based and need-based health services.

EventsServices:

  • Pediatric medical and dental - doctor and dentist visits for children (through 18 years old) including check-ups, immunizations, sick visits and prescriptions
  • Adult medical - urgent care doctor visits including prescriptions and guidance on obtaining prenatal care
  • Counseling services - child and family counseling including referrals for parent education and support groups
  • Resource and referral - information about health-related resources available in the community including low-cost health insurance plans for eligible children

Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
