Center for Breastfeeding Support

The Center for Breastfeeding Support provides full-service care for mothers and babies. Consultants are fully-certified by the International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLC) and available during center hours.

EventsServices:

  • Breastfeeding consultations (private or drop-in) to answer lactation questions and provide helpful techniques and schedules
  • Support groups for mother-to-mother sharing led by a trained and knowledgeable facilitator
  • Breast pump rentals - Medela Classic® Hospital Grade or Medela Lactina® pumps
  • Breast pump and breastfeeding accessory sales - Medela Pump In Style® pumps, Ameda Purely Yours® pumps, pump accessories and parts, Bravado nursing bras, nursing camisoles, Over-the-Shoulder Baby Holder®, Maya Wrap®, herbal supplements and more

Monday – Thursday, 9:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Saturday, 10 a.m. – noon
CLOSED Friday and Sunday

DROP-IN CONSULTATIONS (first-come, first-served basis):


Tuesday, 10 a.m. – noon
Thursday, noon – 2 p.m.
Saturday, 10 a.m. – noon
For basic breastfeeding concerns including latch-on and positioning.

MOTHER–TO-MOTHER SUPPORT GROUPS:


Monday, 1 p.m. – 2 p.m.
Third Saturday each month, 11 a.m. –  noon
