LiveWell Adults
LiveWell is a community partnership between Beach Cities Health District, South Bay Adult School and the City of Redondo Beach that is aimed at helping Redondo Beach residents achieve optimal health and wellness–achieved when physical, emotional, spiritual, environmental, occupational, intellectual and social health are balanced. BCHD and the City of Redondo Beach believe by working together we can realize the vision of a healthy Redondo Beach community.
To Register for LiveWell classes:
In the Redondo Beach Recreation Brochure, you will see classes endorsed with BCHD’s LiveWell logo. This logo brands the class as an offering that addresses one or more of the dimensions of optimal health.
Classes include:
- Physical Wellness
- Emotional Wellness
- Social Wellness
- Spiritual Wellness
- Environmental Wellness
- Intellectual Wellness
- Occupational Wellness
Community members who participate in Redondo Beach recreation classes can also join BCHD's Center for Health and Fitness (CHF) with no enrollment fee. CHF is a newly renovated, beautiful, state-of-the-art, full-service, 17,000 square foot fitness center that provides affordable, physical activities to assist community members of all ages—it's the most comprehensive fitness center in the South Bay!
